no periods in almost two years

i haven't had a period in about two years, is there a reason why? I had brain-stem surgery 13 years ago. At first they were irregular and then they just stopped. I'm not takeing any birth control. Could the surgery be th reason why?

blood clot and my period only lasts 1 day and light spotting for 2 more days.

The last 2 months my periods have been 2 weeks late and irregular. Normally my period lasts 6-7 days with a steady flow. The last two have been lasting one day and then 2 more days spotting. I am not sure what's going on. Is there something I should be concerned with?
