Period stared again after 8 months of not coming. I'm 45 and overweight

I have not had period for over 8 months now. It just started up the only thing diffrent about to day was that I had the flu shot DTP shot and a TB test done. Will any of this bring on my period? HELLLLP WAS SO GLAD TO STOP IT. By the way I am 45 years old and over weight.
