haven't got my period after intercourse, I have fever and I am feeling sick

I've had sex with my boyfriend about a month ago for the first time and then again a few weeks ago ... I've began to get sick with a fever and what not but have not started my period I usally start around the 20th but that was a week ago should I be worried that I haven't started ?
