I have discharge every month for 2-3 years, but no period

i’m 14, i’ve had vaginal discharge every month for 2-3 years now, my breasts have been developing for about 3 years, and the same with pubic hair. my period is apparently supposed to come 6 months-1 year after discharge starts, but i’ve had nothing! someone help!
