I am not getting my period after first sex, the sex was unprotected

My period is lasting for 2 weeks and my lower abdomen is hurting

Hi, Am 65 days late from my periods. Went and met doctor. Vaginal ultrasound and blood test everything s normal. They asked me to wait again one month to get periods... what would be the reason .. will i be pregnant this time? Or do i need to take tab for getting periods..

Brown discharge instead of Red, I have never gotten my period before
