pain in left ovary after menstrual cycle

For the past 5 months right after my cycle is over I start having severe pain in what feels like my left ovary. I have had 4 kids and my tubes are tied.  The doctors said I had a lot of scar tissue since I had 3 c-sections.  I hurt so bad that I could cry.  It also makes me weak from the pain....

I've been in the same situation as all of you ladies. I was able to go to the doctor and she told me I had high prolactin levels. In short, my body thinks I'm pregnant and its putting out blood that would be going to the baby... anyway, my insurance lapsed so I was unable to go back for a follow up...

my last period ended sept. 24-25th, and i had unprotected sex on the 27th.. about a week after that i was spotting... and on oct 12th i got a period... i normally get it around the 20th or later.., what could this mean? i am a little concerned.
