I got over my period two wks ago...2days ago i woke and had blood on tissue...enough to cover the tissue but not drippn....i am having sex...why or what might have caused that bleeding..this has never happened before

I had a abortion on the 29th of december, after that i bled for about 6-8days. A month on i started bleeding again.....and i have now been bleeding for 20days, it started getting lighter but is now heavier than it was. I don't know what to do......? Help im only 17 so...:S
