Bleeding for a while, at first it was light red, but now it is brown

Im 17years old and i havent stopped bleeding for awhile , at first it was really light and red sometimes brown and at that time i was bloated alot and i was always tired, eating heaps, burping alot and thought i was pregnant because it had stopped for awhile then it started up again...

Hi actually I had sex week ago .. We dint use any protection .. But he was sure tht he left nthn inside me... But nowadays m just bleeding n its not period! Neither I'm having signs of pregnancy as I have read... I'm not able to understand wt is happening to me?
