Bleeding little, but no period!

I am bleeding very little bit yesterday in the morning and till today there's no period coming! I feel very anxious. I have check my pregnancy test and the result shows negative. What else could it be?? I'm totally confuse right now~! :'(

I have been on Yaz for 1 yr now. After 6 mths I stopped getting my period. I switched doctors & have taked a blood & home pregnancy test in Sept. My old & new doctor think this is a blessing...is this normal??? Should I be worried something is really wrong? :-(
