My girlfriend took the morning after pill two weeks after the start of her last period . 3-4 days after taking the pill she had another period. When figuring out when to expect her next period, should she count from the start of the period before or after taking the pill?

Okay so a few months back I had a very heavy period with lots of clots. Ever sense then my periods seem to have gone back to normal but now I feel really bloated and look a few months pregnant a week or so after the end of my period till it starts again. :( So any ideas on what might be wrong? xP
