Long period becasue of the CIS coming back?

I have been bleeding for about 4 weeks now. I am wondering what it is. About 2 years ago I was diagnosed with CIS. The Doctors took care of it. They said I needed to get checked every 4 months. I have not been able to go because of no insurance. Could this be becasue of the CIS coming back?

Okay, my last period started on Dec. 29th ended about Jan. 5th then around the 14th to 17th/18th I had some light spotting. Its now almost Feb. 4th and I still haven't gotten my period that I should have gotten on Jan. 28th. Wondering if the spotting was my period? or what was it? Thanks.
