I had sex the night before my hernia surgery. I don't think my partner got off in me but it is a month later and I have not had my period. My friends say that the anesthesia would have stopped any possibility.Could I be pregnant

I am five days late for my period so i took two pg test both said i was not. then i started for just two days and now i have stopped again and have not started back all i am doing now is very light bleeding in spots and its not really red but a pinkish red. :'(
