ok well me and my bf have always had protected sex, and i am about to be 2 months late. I dont feel many symptoms.. i get stomach cramps.. my boobs arent tender, and i got a yeast infection. Constipation during menastration

When my period comes on I cramp real bad on the second day. I also have cysts on my ovaries. The doctor says the cramping is from the cysts. I don't think it's from the cysts because if I have a bowel movement the cramping stops. What can be taking to relieve the cramping?
