I had sex the day after my period

My period came on on my bday 10/15. I had sex the day after my period. A week later notice a dot of blood and later on that experienced cramps so bad I could barely walk...I'm not due for my period for another three weeks... Is it possible that I'm pregnant???

Colonoscopy during menstrual period
