Light period and nausea

Hello! lately i've been feeling nauseated and had cravings. I had my period but it's been mostly brown spotting and somewhat pinkish. I had an upper respiratory infection, so maybe that's the cause of the nausea? It has cleared up but im still feeling nauseated.

long periods. What kind of treatments should i take

 iam 28 year old women i have pcod for the past 4 years. Now i have regular peiods. It will come for 28 days to 30 days every month, but from the last six month i had heavy bleeding . it will  take 15 days to clear. could you help me , what kind of treatment should i take.

Delayed periods, result positive but no pregnancy.
