Two days after unprotected sex i got hospitilized with pancritities

I had unprotected sex july 1 but he did not ejaculate inside me. Two days after i got hospitilized with pancritities . On saturday the 6 i got a light period with small blood clots lasted four days now two days after im spotting again could i be pregnant?
