do not no what to think

Okay i had my peroid on sept.30 for 6 days!!! Then 4 days or longer when i would go to the restroom and whip there was blood just like spotting for 3 days not a lot just when i would wip, and now my nipples are hurtting, and very tried and eatting alot? could this mean that i am going to a baby?
