Severe bleeding and bad cramps using depo! Help!

Hey my girlfriend has been having cramps and bleeding for about two weeks now they weren't very severe when they started out but now it's getting worse everyday. She tells me that the cramps are awful and she is bleeding very heavy. She has been on depo for 2 months now. What could be the problem?

I have not gotten my period in a month but i have cramping and discharge i took a test when i was 2 weeks late it came out negative so i waited a week later also negative so went to the docter another week later still negative i feel nasia and i have head aches what is goin on

so it's been 18 days since the first time i had sex and i was so worried that im pregnant. so i took a pregnancy test this afternoon and the result was negative. still i am worried and i feel nauseous and dizzy. is there a possibility that the result is a false negative? pls help.
