Is it possible to get preg. after a tubal ligation?

I had a tubal ligation a little over 8 years ago. My last period started on Nov. 30th and I have yet to start. That puts me as 3 weeks late. I have taken 2 home preg. test and they both have came back negative. What should I do from here?

13 years old with excessive bleeding
