What could be wrong?

My cycle was skipped in January and I've been having back pains for 2 1/2 weeks. When my cycle did arrived, it lasted 14 days which normally it is about 3-4 days. Also, when anything touches my abdomen, it causes my lower back to hurt. What could be wrong?
