Servere cramping and bleeding for 2 months

I have been on my period for 2 months now. Went to doctor after the first month all my test were normal at that point. Now the bleeding is heavier then ever and cramps are so servere. Dont know what to do.

spotting week after period.. 4 days so far

my period was from july 2nd to the 7th and i had stopped taking the pill on the 7th. I had unprotected sex on the 10th and a few days later i started spotting. It started out pink and went to brown.. so far its been 4 days.. whats going on
