I went off birth control last fall and my periods started out pretty regular, but the last two months they have been coming early. It was only 22 days since my last one stopped. Is this normal or shoud I be concerned?

i want my first period to happen soon because its late so please tell me some ways  can get e fast. i heard u can get a period in 3  days if u drink tea 4 times  a day but is there any other ways i can do it. can idrink tea 2 times a day  have it after 5 day does it work i need help please...

1 week 1day late but i spotted after sexual intercourse
