I HAVE BEEN SPOTTING THE LAST COUPLE OF DAYS. I DIDNT THINK ANYTHING ABOUT IT BECAUSE MY PERIOD IS DUE AND THIS USUALLY HAPPENS PRIOR. Cutaneous Lupus can it effect menstral cycle?

I was recently diagnosed with cutaneous lupus. I was on prednisone and now I am on Plaquenil 400mg a day. I was on depo for 10 years since i ws 18. I swapped 5 months ago to the pill ovranette- have not really had any period to speak of but have had spotting. On my break week now and nothing- i have been getting dizzy spells- has any one else had this problem?
