A week after periods I have cramps (almost always)

Hello, I am TTC and I am a little bit concerned how to get right O day If I'm having cramps always a week after the periods are goNe. Is this normal?I also do have long menses around 5-7 days and charting is not helping me that much. Please can someone help me with any info?

correlation b/w menstrual cramps & labor?

i don't get cramps, and i'm wondering if later if i'm in labor whether i'll also have a painless, or at least tolerable labor, and if not, just how bad it can get. i have had extremely painful periods, but they decreased over time and the last time i had a painful period was probably a year ago.
