no period for over a year

I had a tubaligation in 2006 and had a period for a while but it was painful and then no period for over a year and the last 2 months i have been spotting but brown blood very lightly.I also am cranky and tired all the time. what is going on.

Brownish cycle issue

Too irregular menstruation with 49 years old.

I sometimes have a 21 days period or sometimes even 17 days. Two days heavy, three days normal and another 4 or five days spotting. Spotting so little that is only visible when I wipe after urinitating. By the way I am 49 years of age.
