Menestrual cycles issues

We have our own menestrual cycles right? Mine comes every 3 months. Could this be my own cycle or is this bad? I read it's caused by drugs, overweightness, stressed. I don't get stressed, do drugs, and have a normal weight. :'( :-( I'm really worried. please help!

delay in periods

I had severe cold , couph , flu last month. My doctor prescribed alot of anti biotics . This month my periods are delaysed. Its already 10 days delay. Could it be a side effect. I did a pregnancy teat 4 days back and it was negative.

unusual period
