Brown spotting? pregnant?

Well i just got done with my period about 6 days ago, and yesterday I had a little bit of brown spotting. I have heard you can get pregnant on your period. I have also heard thatbrown spotting could be a sign of being pregnant. Can any body help me, Im not sure what to think of this. Thank you.
