On the pill, negative test, slight brown discharge, what is up?!

Ok, so I have been on Microgestin for almost a year now-I take my pill on time to the minute and don't take anything that would interfere with it. I have never missed a period, either. I have recently started eating healthier, almost no sugar, lots of veggies, etc, and exercising more (4-5x week)....

Please help im 14 and have not long strted my period...ive finnished my 2nd period about 3 weeks ago and ever since ive had a brown/black discharged %-) im really worried thers something rong with me.. please dnt advise me to tlk to some one or a doctor...its just so embarrissing..:-(
