I'm 21; skipped 2 periods BUT never had sex.

I'm getting really worried about this. I'm 21 and I was suppose to have my period a week ago... and still nothing. And now, I skipped two periods in a row. What could be causing this??? Please help me about this! I'm not pregnant because I never had sex. No pills....
