I had my period like clockwork last month. But this month I was a week late and then it only lasted for less then 24 hrs. Should I call my doctor? or could this be just a fluke.

I've been spotting 2 months straight

I'm 19 years old. I got on birth control this past august. I started stopping lightly on October 3 and it's now November 21 and I still haven't stopped. It has changed since I start having sex. The past few days it's been brown and very light instead of dark red. Any answers?
