My period came after only 15 days

I am 24 years old girl unmarried no sex so this time my periods come after 15 days is it normal for me note plz my periods just come 1 time in month not 2 times. I do masturbation sometimes by my hands but I don't put fingers or anything during masturbation is it normal or rite?
