miscarriage 41 days ago and still no period?!!!!

My last period was Oct 26th 2006 and then i had a miscarriage on dec 12th. i only bled for 5 days, shorter then a normal period, and have had nothing since. my hcg levels went back down to 0 very fast and am not sure if that is normal or not. It's now jan 22 2007 and still have not had a period....

Having been diagnosed with MS but not really suffering at all, i am now concerned that after a miscarriage(which occured 7 weeks after conception) i am now feeling really achy, tired, sensitive to touch, headaches, cramps...is this common with a misscarriage or is this related to my MS?
