I miscarried around the 5th of last month and I had been pregnant for a month. I have intense pain in my abdomen. I've had a lung infection and a UTI and sensitivity to light, smells, and touch. Any posible connection?

My mum had 3 misscarriages before having me and my older sister struggled to concieve my neice. She has polycystic ovaries and theres a chance that i have it too because i have all the symptoms she does. Is there a higher chance that i may struggle to concieve and also misscarry?
