Rib/ pectoral pain

I went Snowboarding four days ago. all my Aches are gone except i have developed an agonizing ache under my right pectoral just at the bottom of the muscle. I have also been playing with my new dog quite a bit, tug of war and throwing. I'm just worried whether it is a damaged rib or muscular.

alcohol and leg cramps

whenever i drink too much wine or hard liquor, I have incredibly painful cramps in my inner thigh muscles during the night. these cramps seem to go on forever no matter what i do. i wonder if there may be a connection between the cramps and the alcohol.

My wife has spasms.
