Hi I just wanted to be able to get peoples opinions and advice recently I've been having these sort of spasms or twitches it's only one at a time but sometimes they happen close together and other times I can go for hours without having one, I haven't had chance to book an appointment with my doctor yet so I wanted to know what other people think.
