Fibromyalgia and high doses of magnesium and Vit D

I was recently diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. The doctor gave me high doses of magnesium and Vit D. Also prescribed Lyrica which I discovered I can not take. Anyone have any other suggestions that may help me feel better? Thanks!
