Bump above Belly Button, it formed after I pulled a muscle while laughing really hard

I have this pea-sized bump above my belly button that formed after I pulled a muscle while laughing really hard at something my friend said. I'm pretty sure it was a pulled muscle, or maybe I pinched a nerve there (if that's possible?) I had to stay leaned over forward while sitting in indian style...

Pain in the deep buttocks muscle when lifting the leg

Pain in the deep buttocks muscle when lifting the leg. Not typical piriformis muscle that hurts down the leg, but does give pins and needles on top of the foot, as well as take the breath right out of me.

Shoulder, arm and chest pain, doctor thinks it is a sprain muscle but it lasts for over a year

I have gone to the Doctor several times. I have had a EKG, CT chest scan and blood work. Everything was normal. I am in pain everyday still. What should I do now. The doctors think it's a sprain muscle but this has been going on for a year.
