I earned a nasty Hydro Habit -- 15 - 20 a day.  I just quit one day, but the wd were to much.  I took 3 in the day 3 a night.  Yesterday 2 in the day, 4 at nigth, today 2 in the day 2 at night. Feel tired, not hungry, but I think there may be a light at the end of the tunnel

I am currently trying to help a 22 year old girl get off roxy's (20 3omg pills a day) interventously. We are on day six Ive been giving her 2 60mg OP's a day then I took her down to one when can i take her off and is this system really helping her?
