How Bad will it get

Hi I take methadone for pain everyday 50 mgs (5 x a day ) For some reason I came up a day and a half short on my perscription I really don't know what happened. I never count them from the drugstore, should I Anyway I have 12 endocet 5/325 and some xannex if I need it. What should I expect....

Ok after reading other posts on here I feel foolish for asking but I gotta know If you use methadone at a low dose for only 1 month and then quit cold turkey at 10mg will you have any w/d??
