How do I make my husband stop snoring?

Please, can somebody give me any useful advice? My husband is snoring every night. He wakes me in the middle of the night and I can not fall a sleep again. I’m tied and desperate. I’m thinking to go to another room to sleep. How do I make my husband stop snoring?

Can Clorox irritate sinuses?

Hi, I use Clorox spray to sanitize surfaces in kitchen and bathroom. My children now have problems with sinuses. My younger child gets dizzy and complains of headache. Can Clorox irritate sinuses or be harmful in other way?

odd feelings

I have been having a light headed feeling with some twitching in my arms and legs. It doesn't hurt but it is beginning to worry me. I also feel disconnected to the outside sometimes like I'm not the one controlling my body I just watch.

Bulge growing on nose.

I have a bulge growing on one side of my nose bridge which I can push from one side to the other. It is not a pimple but a firmish bulge. I used nasal drops for years after rhinoplasty which left me with breathing difficulty but have now stopped these in case they are the cause of the problem....

Painful hard lump in my left nostril.

As stated in the title, I have a painful hard lump in my left nostril. I haven't been to the doctor and it is undiagnosed. As I said it hurts, and it hurts quite alot when I apply pressure. Could this be cancer? Should I consult a Doctor? Please contact me via email or comment, I am very concerned.

My nose is doing this really weird thing that I can't control... My left nostril continuously (it's kinda hard to explain but...) kind of jumps back and forth and everyone watches me and questions me.... I just need to know what it is... And how I can stop this

Constant Thick White Mucus in Nose

My 11 year old son has white mucus back up in his nose. His adenoids were removed last year and that seemed to help for a short period of time. need help with my snoring, it is ridiculous

My snoring is rediculous i cannont seem to have a good relationship with anyone, another relationship i was just in has ended because of it. Its so loud that my daughter hears me in her room and it does not matter what position i lay on it makes not difference.  I need help with what could help.

growth in nose, it looks like an extra piece of skin

I have some type of growth in my nose. It's looks lije an extra peice of skin, it started out by my eye kinda , now it's moved it's way down and I can see it. It's not painful, it does make it hard to breath sometimes and when it was further up my nose it would give me headaches behind my eye...
