I have a bulge growing on one side of my nose bridge which I can push from one side to the other. It is not a pimple but a firmish bulge. I used nasal drops for years after rhinoplasty which left me with breathing difficulty but have now stopped these in case they are the cause of the problem. Does anyone know what this could be.
