dizziness, blurred vision, tingling numb lips

I stood up after kneeling on the floor and walked over to the kitchen sink, in this short distance I became really dizzy, had blurred vision and my lips were tingling almost numb. Is this low blood pressure? Dehydration? Vitamin deficiency? Or something else?

Light headed and shakes

I been in 3 car accidents.  I can be sitting and watching tv and for no reason I get light headed and shake like having a seizure but it will go away real fast. I know when I will have them.
