Why do I lose my vision, get dizzy, and hear funny when I move around?

When I move around I can't see for a little while, and lose my balance. My hearing also does strange things. Sometimes it's longer than other times. It isn't just when I stand up or stretch though. feeling warmth underneath the brain, it is affecting the quality of my life
