Constant headaches

Anyone have on going headaches. They never go away they will get real dull to where I can function but they never go away. I also have been having my arms and fingers go numb. I have had ct scans but all normal. Anyone else?

I am curious as to what the cause of these symptoms are. For quite some time, the only thing that I have dealt with was the nerve shocks.
