I am curious as to what the cause of these symptoms are. For quite some time, the only thing that I have dealt with was the nerve shocks. They are somewhat electric and varied in intensity and location. I have experienced nerve shocks through most of the lower extremities including the testicles. *Gross, but not fun!* They have hit my lungs, my eyes, spine and my feet. There have been occasions where they have gone so far as to hit and individual toe.
I am 23, been dealing with the nerve shocks on an increasingly regular basis since I was 16. The abdominal pain could be because of an inguinal hernia that I was diagnosed with 2 years ago. However, it receded and I haven't thought much of it since. The exhaustion and insomnia are increasing as much as much as the nerve shocks, but started bothering me at 21.
The nerve shocks seem to hit me regularly under stress, or any emotional strain. Otherwise, it is occasional. There have been some major shocks that have even put me in the hospital. Once hit my left lung and I couldn't breathe, while I was at work on the phone with a customer. They had to put me on a respirator and cart me out of the office.
It has gotten to the point where I can go wake up and be active for 6-10 hours and wind up sleeping for anywhere between 12-16 hours. Half the time I can't even remember what day it is without checking the date on my computer. Much less whether it is day or night.
I have had an EEG, EKG, CT, MRI, and just about every other diagnostics test done putting me at about $15,000 in debt.
There was speculation that it could be MS or Fibromyalgia, but they don't exactly match my symptoms. Anyone else have issues like this and have an idea as to what this may be? Some advice may be able to put me on the right path to proper treatment.
