lightheadedness, diziness, constant hot flushes and more

I have been dealing with lightheadedness, diziness, constant hot flushes which leads to a lack of oxygen, travel sickness, nausea and headaches for the past 3 or 4 weeks and it is constant although some of the symptoms seem to come and go. I have no idea what's going on and I haven't seen a doctor....
