pain at the end of the spine

My wife have 28 years old. Last two weeks she have pain at the end of the spinal code only at the time of sitting on a hard chair, motor cycle etc. She had a surgery for removal of GB. The pain the started on the day she continuously sitting on a chair for 12 hrs for her urgent work.

Is speech therapy effective with ataxia telangiectasia?

Are there any people here who have positive experiences of speech therapy in ataxia telangiectasia? 18 months and doing great!!!
