dull deep ache

I have had this dull, deep ache under my collarbone for about 3/4 years. I get it after i've been doing a lot of running. I have had several incidences in the last 5-6 wks of where during exertion I get a feeling of tingling down both arms and then a weekness ,especially my right arm. I see my doctor in about 5 bussiness days. Can I wait or should I call him and set up an appt ASAP?
