I have a head pressure similiar but exactly like a headache. It only happens at night and when I recline it gets so severe I cannot sleep. When I get up and shower and move around it gets better, but returns again the next night? Do you have any ideas what this is?

I have had sarcoidosis for the past 13 years and now the skin on my abdomen,upper intestine, feels raw, like there is no skin on it....if I touch it it is very sensitive. Does anyone know anything that might help me. I suffer from intense peripheral neuropathy. thank you.
