Why do I always have a headache? Tried Amitriptyline and it worked for like a month

I am 26 and for the past 2 years I have literally had a headache, non stop.Tried Amitriptyline and it worked for like a month and then they came back. It's so much pressure, tenseness and tightness also in my neck and jaw. It hurts all the time. What could this be?
